DESCRIPTION

Vikron Polyurethane Enamel represents the best in acrylic urethane technology. A hybrid polymeric blend of polyester and acrylic resins, Vikron offers outstanding chemical resistance, flexibility, and gloss retention.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface should be primed, and must be clean and free from dirt, dust, grease, rust, and scale.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Vikron is a two-component product, mixed three to one. Combine three parts paint to one part catalyst. Add one part solvent to thin. No induction period is required.

BAKING

APPLICATION

Apply thinned Vikron using a light tack coat. Wait 15 minutes and apply a medium wet coat. Wait 15 to 20 minutes and apply one more medium wet coat. This should build a dry film of 2.5 to 3 mils.

CHEMICAL RESITANCE
Vikron produces excellent resistance to stains. The following chemicals produced no effect when exposed to a test panel for the specified time:

PACKAGING

1-gallon kits contain 3/4 gallon Vikron and 1/4 gallon (1 quart) catalyst. Larger quantities are also available.
